House Rules
We kindly ask you and your guest party to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. By agreeing to the rental agreement you acknowledge that you and entire party will abide by these rules:
1. Enjoy the ambiance, but please take effort to preserve it and leave no trace. (Please no glass bottles in or around creek area)
2. No pets allowed, as some of our guests may have pet allergies.
3. NO SMOKING inside, on porch, or under deck.
4. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. We appreciate your compliance with these times. If you’d like to request a late check-out or early check-in, please contact us prior to arrival.
5. At check-out, please leave slept beds unmade, dirty towels in the tub, used dishes in dishwasher and turn dishwasher on, trash in outdoor trash can, set thermostat to 78°in summer and 62° in winter and lock the doors and lockbox before leaving.
6. Enjoy a fire OUTSIDE ONLY in the designated fire pit. Please do not move to any other location. A $500 fee will be incurred for disregard of this rule. Indoor fireplace is NOT allowed to be used to make fires.
7. Please do not put chalk or any other objects in the pockets of the pool table other than the pool balls so there are no obstructions. There will be a $200 fee to remove items.
8. IMPORTANT: The grill is to stay downstairs and used on the grass areas ONLY. Please do not use ON or UNDER the deck. There will be a $500 fine for improper grill use as stated above.
9. IMPORTANT: Certain times of the year bees along with other insects are very active. Please be mindful and cautious if any guest has allergies.
10. IMPORTANT: Any swimming in the creek is done AT YOUR OWN RISK. Supervise children AT ALL TIMES. No jumping from the waterfall ledge or diving. Large rocks have been known to “break away” so please no standing on the edge of the waterfall. Also, be aware that there will be fast-moving water at times that is dangerous with potential for drowning and flooding. Do NOT approach the creek area when fast-moving water is present.
11. No parties or events allowed (unless prior approval).
12. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
13. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
14.Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $25 and there may be a wait before anyone can let you back in if you get locked out.
15. Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible to pay for damages if any occur during your stay.
16. Please take out any trash before you leave and place in the large trashcan under the deck. Please do not leave any trash bags out unsecured to reduce pests.
17. No illegal substances allowed on the premises

AM RESPONSIBLE FOR SHARING THESE RULES WITH ENTIRE GUEST PARTY AND RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ALL GUESTS KEEP THESE RULES AS WRITTEN.
